We use the Honda Slipstream Pro21, with a 24” flat surface cleaner for larger areas and Lances for cleaning around the edges. This professional equipment causes minimum disruption to your surfaces.
Before we start we will prepare the site, removing any large weeds, followed by a thorough brushing of the area to be cleaned.
If your Drive or Patio is Block Paved we recommend re-sanding to keep the blocks stable and use Kiln dried sand.

UPVC and Conservatory Cleaning

For hard to reach areas, such as extensions and conservatories, the high reach carbon fibre poles will be used to apply the cleaning detergent and rinse.
Specifically designed Conservatory Ladders are used to gain access to the roof, allowing a thorough hands on clean, using specialist products. Under no circumstances will a Pressure Washer be used, as this can cause damage to the seals.
Conservatory Cleans include roof finials, bars and panels, capping, emptying and cleaning of the gutters, glass frames and sills.

With our Gutter Cleaning Service we will carry out a full survey using our high reach Camera System. Pictures will be taken to show you the condition of your gutters before we get to work.
We will remove the debris from ground level using the latest SkyVac Industrial 85. With this system we can reach hard to access areas (above extensions and conservatories). We work safely from ground level, with no need for scaffolding.
Following the clean a second camera inspection will be completed and photos taken, to allow you to see the results.
* We do offer the option of having an initial Camera Survey to allow you to see what condition your gutters are in for a nominal fee of £15. If we find that work is required this will be refunded from the cost of the job.

Fence Staining
One of the most effective ways to improve the outside appearance of your home, and often one of the most neglected, is to have your wooden fences re-stained.
We can provide high quality stain in a variety of colours and will take care to protect any supporting concrete pillars and panels.
The work is carried out with a brush, rather than a spray system, to get the best results.
We can pre-treat the wood to remove any build up of moss, mould, lichen and algae if required. We use a professional non-caustic, non-acidic, biodegradable PH8 (Water PH7) solution (contains no bleach).
